Welcome to Tropishop! These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and customers of the website tropishop.store. By visiting our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Availability

2.1 Tropishop offers a range of mini fans and cool boxes via the website. The descriptions and images of the products are displayed as accurately as possible, but may differ in detail. 2.2 We reserve the right to change or discontinue products without prior notice. 2.3 If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Shipping costs are stated separately at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. 3.3 Payments can be made via the available payment methods on the website, such as iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. 3.4 Tropishop is not responsible for additional costs charged by third parties (such as banks or payment providers).

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We aim to dispatch orders within the stated delivery time. However, Tropishop cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. 4.2 Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure this is correct to avoid any problems. 4.3 If a delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified. If the order has not been delivered after 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

5.1 Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. 5.2 To register a return, the customer must contact customer service at keystonesglobal@gmail.com . 5.3 The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition. 5.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return via the original payment method. 5.5 Return costs are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty and Complaints

6.1 Tropishop offers a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects of our products. 6.2 The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear or accidental damage. 6.3 If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a solution. 6.4 Complaints can be submitted via e-mail to our customer service. We aim to handle complaints within 5 working days.

7. Liability

7.1 Tropishop is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products, unless there is gross negligence or intent. 7.2 Tropishop is not responsible for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, consequential damage or immaterial damage. 7.3 Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Tropishop attaches great importance to the privacy of its customers. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. 8.2 Personal data is used exclusively for processing orders and improving our services. 8.3 We do not pass on personal data to third parties without permission, unless required by law.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or delivery problems), Tropishop has the right to suspend or cancel the performance of the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

10.1 All agreements and transactions with Tropishop are subject to Dutch law. 10.2 In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve this by mutual agreement. If this fails, the dispute can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
