Tropishop Return Policy
1. Return conditions
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt , provided it meets the following conditions:
✅ The product is undamaged , unused and complete.
✅ The product is in the original packaging , including any accessories and manuals.
✅ The product must not have been used in a way that reduces its value.
✅ Custom made or personalized products cannot be returned.
✅ Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Please note: If the product arrives to us damaged or incomplete, we may offer a partial or no refund.
2. How can you return a product?
The return process is simple and consists of the following steps:
1️⃣ Register your return
Please send an email to infotropishop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive further instructions within 24 hours .
2️⃣ Pack your product well
Please use the original packaging and ensure that the product is well protected during transport.
3️⃣ Send your return
Send the package to our returns address (which you will receive by email).
Please keep your proof of shipment so you can track your return.
4️⃣ Refund
Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days .
3. Received a defective or incorrect product?
Did you receive a defective or wrong product? We find that annoying and we would like to solve it for you!
✅ Contact us within 48 hours at infotropishop@gmaill.com with photos of the problem.
✅ We will provide a free replacement or refund.
4. Frequently asked questions about returns
How long does it take to get my money back?
Within 5 working days of receiving your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
Do I have to pay return costs?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns, unless it is our fault (for example, a defective or incorrectly delivered product).
Can I exchange a product?
Currently we do not offer a direct exchange service. You can return the unwanted product and then place a new order.
