Orders & Payments

1. How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by adding your desired products to your shopping cart, filling in your details and paying via our secure payment page.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via iDEAL, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna and Apple Pay.

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email/phone number] .


Shipping & Delivery

4. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders above €50. For orders below this amount we charge standard shipping costs of €4.95.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1-3 business days . For international shipments this can vary from 5-10 business days .

6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to track your package.


Returns & Warranty

7. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days right of return after receiving your order. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

8. How can I return a product?
Please contact us at [email/phone number] and we will help you with the return procedure. The return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or damaged.

9. Do you have a warranty on the products?
Yes, all our products have 6 months warranty . If there is a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or repair.


Products & Maintenance

10. How do I maintain my mini fan?
Clean the fan regularly with a dry cloth. Only charge the battery with the supplied charger to extend its lifespan.

11. How long does a mini fan battery last?
Depending on the model and the mode you use it in, the battery can last between 4 and 12 hours .

12. Are the cool boxes suitable for long journeys?
Yes, our coolers will keep food and drinks cool for up to 12 hours with the right cooling elements. For longer trips we recommend using extra cooling elements.

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM .

15. Do you also have a physical store?
At the moment we are an online webshop , but we are working on opening physical points of sale in the future.
